Honeydoe Authentic Mediterranean Kitchen was founded with a simple mission: To bring the rich, comforting flavors of Authentic Syrian and Mediterranean Cuisine to Chicago.
Inspired by cherished family traditions, Honeydoe was created through a heartfelt collaboration between a mother and grandmother whose recipes have been passed down for generations.
Every dish reflects the warmth of a home-cooked meal, from savory Kibbeh, fragrant Ouzi rice with beef and nuts, and handmade Spinach, Cheese, and Beef Fatayer mini pies, to fresh Tabbouleh and Fattoush salad, creamy Hummus, roasted eggplant Mtabbal, and Baba Ghannouj, and traditional stuffed Grape Leaves.
What started as a family passion has grown into one of Chicago’s most-loved Mediterranean catering experiences, delivering authentic flavors prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques rooted in Syrian culinary heritage.
Today, Honeydoe proudly provides Mediterranean and Syrian Catering across Chicago and near suburbs, serving offices, private events, and celebrations throughout Downtown Chicago, the Loop, West Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and the South Loop.
