Because Honeydoe products are freshly prepared and perishable, all food sales are generally final.
Catering Order Cancellations
All catering orders are subject to a non-refundable 25% cancellation fee once the order is placed, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Cancellations 4 or More Days Before the Event
Orders cancelled four (4) or more days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund of the order amount minus the 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations Less Than 4 Days Before the Event
Orders cancelled less than four (4) days before the scheduled event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
Orders Placed Within 4 Days of the Event
Any catering order placed within four (4) days of the scheduled event date is non-refundable. Once the order is confirmed within this timeframe, the full order amount will be charged regardless of cancellation.
Rescheduling 4 or More Days Before the Event
Customers may reschedule or postpone their event four (4) or more days before the scheduled event date without any additional change or rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling Less Than 4 Days Before the Event
If a customer chooses to reschedule or postpone the event less than four (4) days before the scheduled event date, a 50% rescheduling fee based on the total order amount will apply.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, approved refunds may be issued as store credit at Honeydoe’s discretion. Store credit may be applied toward future orders.
Damaged or Spoiled Products
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or spoiled during delivery, Honeydoe will make reasonable efforts to replace the affected item.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and notify Honeydoe as soon as possible if there is a problem with the order.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct address, delivery instructions, and recipient availability.
Honeydoe is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Recipient unavailability at the delivery location
Building access restrictions or security policies
Orders that become undeliverable due to incorrect information
Orders that cannot be delivered due to these circumstances may not be eligible for refunds.
Reshipping Orders
If an order must be prepared and delivered again due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or the inability of the recipient to receive the order, a new order and delivery fee may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Honeydoe LLC’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the total value of the order placed.
Force Majeure
Honeydoe LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.
