As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.

For Catering orders, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the time of the order.

  • For cancellations between 48-24 hours prior to the order, there will be a 25% fee of the total order price.

  • For cancellation less than 24 hours and more than 8 hours prior to the order time, there will be 50% fee of the total order price.

  • For cancellation less than 8 hours prior to the order time, there will be 100% fee of the total order price.

Any refund will be issued as a store credit.

Honeydoe LLC will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. However, to ensure you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Honeydoe LLC is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the party carrier, but this is out of our control. To enjoy our products' full flavor and freshness, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your gift is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided or because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.

If you want us to reship a fresh gift, you will be charged the gift cost again, plus the complete shipping/handling fee.
